Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position supports a K-12 school setting in Hopkins, MN, providing behavioral services during a leave coverage period from January 5, 2026, to February 9, 2026. The role requires expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assist with a caseload typically managed by the regular BCBA. This contract opportunity is Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavior analysis services to students in a school environment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to support student success.
- Collect and analyze data to assess student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Provide training or guidance on behavior strategies to educational staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BCBA certification required.
- Experience working directly with K-12 students in a school setting.
- Ability to maintain thorough documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of best practices in behavior intervention and data collection.
